Similar destinations with a worse climate (like the Canary Islands and Spain) have seen tremendous price increases over the last few years. Ponta Bicuda is the best resort in a newly developed location with prices about a quarter of those for similar quality in terms of location and design.
Historically luxurious products in growing destinations perform better than lower quality ones. Although we can’t guarantee a rate of growth, the potential for high capital gains is there for early investors.
