Invest your money

There's a strong correlation between economic growth and capital gains in real estate.
  • The expected growth for the EU for 2008 is below 2.5%.
  • The expected growth in Cape Verde is above 7.5%....

Easy, isn't it?

Construction update (4)

Health and safety at work

Each construction work is different from the other and it's always impossible to anticipate all the issues we're up to. In Ponta Bicuda, Cape Verde we're facing a problem we were not anticipating.... the dust!
We're exceeding the local legislation in terms of health and safety at work. All workers are required to wear hard hats, protective footwear, and high visibility vests. But when it comes to dust protection, besides the masks we've got two 8000 lt. tank trailers irrigating the site on a permanent basis and that is what makes the real difference. What about that?

Le Corbusier seeks perfection in Cape Verde?

The metrics, the looks and the sophistication of the pure design has gone south!
The three bedroom Casa Moderna offers European sophistication for a fraction of the usual price. We’re not forcing an African Bauhaus, we’re just raising the bar.

Deluxe

In an intimate conversation with a couple of friends a few days ago we were discussing the meaning of luxe and someone just point out that there are only two types of Luxe: the French and the Oriental. We were talking about Hilton and someone was saying that it sucks. In fact it doesn't. It's a great brand for a different market. After spending months working with Tiara, i couldn’t disagree more with the nationality of the luxe. Tiara is owned by an Oriental who knows a lot about luxury. He owns hotels in France with French luxe. He also owns hotels in Portugal with Portuguese luxe and in Belgium with Belgian luxe. More than a nationality, the real definition of luxe is the corporate culture well expressed by the French “savoir faire”.
Our quest for a hotel brand started with the initial mental draft of the project. Cor di Mar and Tedju were developed together with the Tiara team. What we’re selling and building is the combined expertise of excellent technicians in different fields. More than Oriental Luxe or Luxe Français, we’re offering the best real estate investment products for the tropical Cape Verde, and I am proud of being part of it.

Thank you Dear Customer for making it possible!
